Thank you again for 2021 and this year. What kind of year it was was “a year of studying hard”.
- As the number of webins has increased since becoming a corona, various information can be obtained from the Tokyo Tama area without having to go to Tokyo.
- The preparation for the ” Machidatsu Webinar ” that I went to every month was sometimes a struggle. Lol After all, taking an inventory of your thoughts is a fight against yourself.
- I decided to master Elementor and have held in-house study sessions.
- We held an online factory tour event with a lunch box.
It was strange as I studied, and there were a lot of “trouble consultations” this year. This is a consultation about problems related to the website. For unknown consultations, I spent time and “study opportunities” to improve my experience.
But at the same time, it was a year that made me think deeply about “what I am working for”. While restaurants and tourism are difficult, IT is rising. IT is a technology that should make people happy, and something is born in collaboration with other industries, but even if we say that “only the IT industry” is DX, it feels strange.
And when people who are less familiar with IT begin to take an interest in IT, we feel that we, who provide IT-related matters, are strongly required to have “morals” and “ethics”. I did.
Much of our work is invisible. As with web consulting, web production is not “all visible deliverables.” This is a “product” that is the result of product development, but there are “invisible work connections” such as product design, mechanical design, and processing technology.
What is different from manufacturing is that in the case of Web production, there are many cases where “even if you cut a little”, it does not affect the post-process. In a simple example, when you insert an image, you “lighten the image and put in the alternative text for the image”, but you wouldn’t notice it without doing that.
Such details appear in “results of search measures” and so on. If I don’t undertake SEO measures as a job, is it “not necessary”?
How far do you do this “work that is invisible to customers”? I think that was the number one theme for this year. So I decided to “make the best”. And I would like to work with customers who demand the best.
We are a tool shop. In order to improve performance and create tools that contribute to management, it is necessary to have a deep knowledge of technology, a sense of purpose to apply it in context, and to execute it “without cutting corners”.
It was 2021 when I decided to work in that way, believing in the possibility of the Internet, a tool that connects people, and “doing my best.” Then, along with creating an environment where engineers who work to “do their best” can explore technology with a sense of satisfaction, we will continue to focus on technology.
I look forward to working with you next year.
