For basic settings, there is a detailed manual on the official website. Matching please see.
Here, detailed steps are omitted, and simple steps and “points” are introduced.
Basic settings-1. Installation of tracking code
Basic settings-2. Add account
You can assign a person in charge to the leads you get, or you can distribute an e-mail newsletter by the person in charge. Register the person in charge for that.
* BowNow cannot be logged in at the same time with the same ID, so when using it with multiple people, issue an account for each person.
Basic settings-3. Email spam avoidance settings
In many cases, adding records provided by BowNow will not work for this spam avoidance setting.
See the BowNow man page below to see if the settings are correct.
In the case of name.com on the previous page, it was necessary to set “* .domainname” with a wildcard to the A record.
After setting the DNS, we will ask BowNow to review the “setting completed” and it will take several days to receive a reply. If you fail the review a couple of times, it will take a week, so it is recommended that you set the email anti-spam setting first.
Also, if you fail to set up, you may not be able to send or receive emails or the website may not be displayed, so it is recommended that you ask a specialized department or expert as much as possible.
If the settings are correct, you will receive a “setting complete” email from BowNow and you will be able to use the email function.
Basic settings-4. Replacement of existing forms
Create and replace as many forms on BowNow as there are existing forms.
The status and tag settings are important. For the status, see “Dashboard Settings (P55)”. For the time being, the simple rule of “all appointment prospects” and ” follow the leads that have risen to appointment prospects ” is OK. Create tags with the content you want to search for later.
Specific email method
Basically, you should not send advertising emails to anyone other than those who have given your consent. (Opt-in method)
* 1 An e-mail address automatically created by the program that has no user.
* 2 E-mail address, IP address, domain name used for sending
Exceptions to the Specified Email Act
However, those who already have a business relationship or who have exchanged business cards can send it as an “exception” without consent.
